When Coldbreak – a cool company making premium jockey boxes – approached MKN Design about a fresh visual identity, MKN made messaging part of the overall brand strategy. That’s where I came in.
This is a jockey box. (And that’s the old logo.)
Out of the Blue.
For this project, I had the good fortune of being in Coldbreak’s space for the discovery sessions. It really helped seeing brewery tacker signs on the wall, seeing projects in mid-completion, and hearing the cut of the client’s jib.
After two discovery sessions with Coldbreak, I developed a brand messaging matrix that would become foundational copy for the brand moving forward.
